Gregory coordinated the Corrib Celtic Academy for three years. He manages the CCFC under 12 Boys manager and Under 10 Girls and Boys Teams and is a coach with the Under 11 Girls. He has completed the FAI PDP 1 and 2 and FAI 7v7 , 9v9 and Football Fitness Workshops. He will be undertaking the FAI D Licence in coming months.
